Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment, as per our cancellation policy. However, if you wish to reschedule or cancel outside of the 48-hour period we will happily transfer your appointment or refund you the deposit amount.

Anti-wrinkle Injection Cancellations

A 50% deposit is taken to secure your Anti-Wrinkle injections booking and is deductible from your final bill. The deposit is not refundable, this is because it is a prescription medication that cannot legally be used on another person.
