[Big Changes] Are Coming to SKINLAB
We have some exciting information to share… and it starts with a temporary pause.
SKINLAB will be fully closed for one week from 4th May as we make some important changes behind the scenes, including creating a full-sized fourth treatment room to better serve you.
Over the last 7 years, SKINLAB has grown steadily, exactly as a successful, patient-focused clinic should. But this past year, demand has reached a new level, and quite simply… we’re running out of space.
Alongside this, the aesthetics industry is constantly evolving, with new technologies, treatments, and higher standards emerging all the time. And as always, we refuse to stand still
Our vision has always been clear:
To offer a clinic experience that feels on par with a high-end London aesthetic clinic, while maintaining the warmth, trust, and personal care SKINLAB is known for.
To continue delivering that, we have to evolve too.
That means investing in our space, our training, and the treatments we offer, ensuring everything we do remains clinically evidence-based, results-driven, and above all, safe.

We are introducing something we’re really excited about, our very own SKINLAB app.
This has been designed to make your entire journey with us smoother, more personalised, and more rewarding.
It’s all about giving you more control, more convenience, and a better overall experience with SKINLAB, both in clinic and beyond.
With the app, you’ll be able to:

CHANGE 2: NEW MEMBERSHIPS
We’re introducing some exciting new membership options at SKINLAB
But first, don’t panic, Glow Club isn’t going anywhere. It’s still very much a part of what we do and continues to deliver lovely results for so many of you.
However, we’re taking things a step further.
We’re launching our brand new Core Four Club, a 12-month skin transformation plan designed for real, visible, long-term results.
This membership brings together our four most clinically proven, evidence-based treatments, giving you a structured plan of one treatment per month, alongside additional benefits to support your skin journey.
It’s designed for those who want more than just the occasional facial, this is about consistency, progression, and truly transformative results.

CHANGE 3: MORE SPACE, BETTER FLOW
These pictures of Sarah and Vicky are from the launch of SKINLAB 6 plus years ago. The space where they stood, reception, as you know it, is no longer!
Until now, we technically had 3.5 treatment rooms, with the “.5” being our nail room / general dumping ground (you know the one 👀).
It’s space that’s never truly been utilised to its full potential, and with the demand we’re seeing, that just makes little sense.
So… it’s going!
Kate’s husband, Wes, is stepping in to work his magic and knock through the wall, allowing us to extend that room into a full-sized fourth treatment room.
Now, full transparency, this will mean a slightly smaller reception area.
But don’t worry… we’re not about to have you all sitting on each other’s laps waiting for your appointments (tempting as that visual is 😂).
In reality, the new design has been carefully planned to ensure your comfort isn’t compromised at all. It will still feel calm, welcoming, and very SKINLAB, just a little more streamlined and a lot more efficient behind the scenes.
And most importantly… it allows us to treat more of you.
