Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the arrival date of your appointment.
Facial deposits are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment, as per our cancellation policy. However, if you wish to reschedule or cancel outside of the 48-hour period we will happily transfer your appointment or refund you the deposit amount.
For treatments that do not require a deposit, if your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, a charge of 50% of the total appointment value will be applied. This also applies to our Glow Club and VIP Geneo customers.

Deposit: a £30 deposit is payable online or in clinic.

Deposit: a 50% deposit is taken to secure your Botox booking and is deductible from your final bill. The deposit is not refundable, this is because it is a prescription medication that cannot legally be used on another person.

Your appointments are very important to us and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Our cancellation policy provides us with the time to inform customers on our waiting list of any availability and is also designed to protect our team from any lost business.
These changes have been made because of a large increase in last-minute appointment changes/cancellations. The high standard of service that you are used to receiving at SKINLAB can only be maintained by implementing this.
