NeoGen plasma treatment involves minimal downtime, but your skin will go through a natural renewal process over the first week.
Day 1–2: Skin may feel warm and tight, similar to mild sunburn. Redness and light swelling are normal.

Avoid excessive or deliberate sun exposure. Use appropriate sun protection for the intended treatment area – including broad spectrum SPF 30+ hat, glasses etc.

PLEASE NOTE
Hydration is key with NeoGen Plasma. The pretreatment care is equally as important as the treatment and aftercare. Being hydrated allows the plasma energy to penetrate the skin deeper, making it a more safe and effective treatment. Being hydrated also aids recovery and final treatment outcomes.

Stop using active skincare ingredients, such as retinol, lactic acid, salicylic acid, glycolic acid and vitamin c. Only use hydrating products such as hyaluronic acid serums and moisturisers, including SPF.
Avoid drinks that dehydrate you such as energy drinks, coffee and alcohol.

Men – Shave if that area of the face is being treated.

Where possible arrive at clinic with no make-up or perfume.
Remove contact lenses if the eye area is being treated – this can be done in clinic where necessary.
Take your electrolyte sachet early in the morning and remain hydrated.
