You may notice an improvement soon after the first polynucleotide treatment, but you are more likely to notice changes following on from your second treatment. Once injected, polynucleotides continue to work for 12 weeks, so your results will continue to improve during this time.

Following your course of 4 polynucleotide treatments your results will last approximately 6 months. It is recommended that you have one maintenance syringe every 6 months following your initial course.
