How does it work
Book your skin consultation

Come for your consultation, where we analyse your skin using our Observe skin scanner
⬇️
Sarah or Vicky will recommend the right treatments/products for you, depending on what the skin analysis reveals
⬇️
We give the images and treatment plan to you
⬇️
Your skin journey begins
⬇️
12 weeks later, we will review you in person
Skin consultations aren't just for new customers. As we age, things change, and regular reviews are a great way to ensure you are doing the best thing for your skin.
TIPPING
We never expect tips, your treatments are already an investment in yourself, and we truly appreciate you choosing us.
With our new integrated card readers, a tip prompt will automatically appear at payment. This isn’t a change we’ve made, it’s simply part of the new system and we don’t have the ability to remove it. The system offers preset percentages and a custom option for tipping.
Please know it’s completely fine to skip this step. Just press the “skip” button in the TOP RIGHT corner, and you’ll go straight to the payment stage. The system doesn’t notify us whether a tip has been given or not.
