[Treatment Spotlight] Ultra Tesla Pelvic Floor Chair

This month, our Treatment Spotlight is on a treatment that is quickly becoming one of the most talked-about additions to SKINLAB, our Ultra Tesla Pelvic Floor Chair.

The feedback we are receiving has been incredible.

The Tesla Chair uses high-intensity electromagnetic stimulation to create thousands of pelvic floor muscle contractions during a treatment session, all while you remain fully clothed and comfortably seated.

Since introducing the chair, patients have reported improvements across a surprisingly wide range of concerns, including:

Urinary incontinence and bladder control

We’ve had patients tell us they’re experiencing fewer leaks, less urgency and even fewer trips to the toilet during the night.

Pelvic floor strength and prolapse symptoms

Some patients with mild to moderate bladder and bowel prolapse have reported improvements in their symptoms and a greater feeling of support and control.

Sexual wellbeing

Yes, we’re talking about it! Several patients have reported improvements in sensation and their sex lives as their pelvic floor strength has improved.

Bowel function

We’ve even received feedback from patients who feel their constipation and haemorrhoid symptoms have improved since completing their sessions.

One of the things we love most about this treatment is just how easy it is. There’s no undressing, no invasive procedure and no downtime. You simply sit on the chair, fully clothed, while it does the work.

We recommend an initial course of six sessions, followed by maintenance where appropriate.

Pelvic floor problems are incredibly common, but they are certainly not something we should simply accept as an inevitable part of getting older, having children or going through menopause.

Judging by some reviews coming back into the clinic, our Tesla Chair is already making a very real difference to some of our patients.

Could 30 minutes in a chair help change your pelvic floor health? Come and talk to us.

*Individual experiences and results vary. The Tesla Chair is not a treatment for haemorrhoids or constipation specifically, and symptoms such as prolapse, persistent bowel changes or significant incontinence should be appropriately medically assessed.
